Dear Trustees,
You and your spouse, or significant other, are cordially invited to an evening event on Tuesday, March 20, hosted by Arlene and Steve Krieger, when we will have the pleasure of introducing Christine Ritchie, MD, MSPH, who is joining us at the Jewish Home as the first UCSF Harris Fishbon Distinguished Professor in Clinical Translational Research in Aging. This new, prestigious position is key to the success of the Jewish Home’s goal of being the leading center for geriatric clinical research in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Dr. Ritchie makes her move to the West Coast from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she was professor of Medicine, director of the Center for Palliative and Supportive Care, director of the Palliative and Supportive Care Section, director of UAB’s Donald W. Reynolds Foundation Comprehensive Program to Improve Geriatric Care, director of the Advanced Illness and Multimorbidity Research Program, and principal investigator of the UAB multidisciplinary Geriatric Education Center.
Hosts: Arlene and Steve Krieger
When: Tuesday, March 20, 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. A cocktail buffet will be served.
Where: 2900 Pacific Ave., Apt. 102; San Francisco. Valet parking is available.
R.S.V.P. to Sherie Koshover, skoshover@jewishseniorlivinggroup.org, by February 10, as space is limited. Because space is limited, the courtesy of your reply by this date is appreciated, as invitations to members of a select group will be mailed shortly thereafter. Please be sure to indicate in your reply whether you will be attending, and if with a spouse or significant other.

We do hope you will be able to join us at what promises to be an informative, stimulating, and most enjoyable evening.
